Audition announcements for individual shows are made through Performink and TheatreInChicago.  For future casting consideration, email your headshot/resume (as a PDF file, titled with your first and last name please!) to our casting team at casting@prometheantheatre.org.

PLAYWRIGHTS

Did you write a full-length script you think would be a great fit for Promethean? Please email a brief synopsis, cast breakdown, and 8–10 pages of sample dialogue to artistic@prometheantheatre.org. If we want to read more or get to know you better, we’ll be in touch. Due to the number of submissions, we will only respond to the samples that we wish to consider further. We request that you visit the About Promethean page to familiarize yourself with our mission statement and production history, and read our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives.

VOLUNTEERS

Want to help paint scenery, strike after a show, distribute marketing materials, house manage, or set up for a special event? Do you have other skills you want to share? Volunteers receive free tickets to shows in exchange for their assistance. Contact us at artistic@prometheantheatre.org to express an interest. Promethean partners with The Saints for ushering services.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is the governing body of Promethean Theatre Ensemble, responsible for and actively engaged in providing the organization with fiduciary oversight, strategic leadership and vision. Championing Promethean’s mission, vision and values, the Board promotes its programs within the community and draws needed resources to the organization. Click here to learn more.
