David Fink
(Box Office Manager)
David is thrilled to be recently inducted into Promethean Theatre Ensemble! Graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Theater in 2007, he has had the pleasure of working around Chicago with such local companies as The Gift Theatre Company, Redmoon, Lifeline Theatre, City Lit Theater, The Hypocrites, and Theatre-Hikes-to name a few. He is a proud resident Teaching Artist with City Lit Theater's Real Live Literature program. He is also a Musician and a Professional Adventurer-which is just as exciting as it sounds.

Sara Gorsky
(Business Manager)
Sara joined Promethean in the summer of 2010 after playing with PTE in Spring Awakening (Ilse). Since then she was seen in Bury the Dead (Bess Schelling) and lighting designed Seascape with Sharks and Dancer. She also serves as PTE's Business Manager. She has also performed with Lakeside Shakespeare, Wildclaw, The Mammals, The Gift, The Factory Theatre, Victory Gardens, Lifeline, WNEP, and Strawdog. For more please visit saragorsky.com.

Nicole Hand
(Newsletter Director)
Nicole is a founding member of PTE. She has been seen in several Evenings of Shakespeare and cabaret performances and is also active in Promethean’s education and outreach programs. She also teaches English and Theatre in a Chicago Public School and coaches the drama club. Nicole studied Theatre, English Literature, and Secondary Education at Northwestern University.

Anne Korajczyk
(Development Director)
Anne oversees special events coordination, annual mailing campaigns, grant writing and other fundraising efforts for PTE. As an actor she
has had the pleasure of working on PTE’s productions of Bury the Dead, Kennedy’s Children, The Illusion and Our Country’s Good. Previously she has appeared onstage with City Lit (staged readings), Griffin Theater and Bohemian Theatre Ensemble. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University in Theatre and English in 2005.

Nick Lake
(Education Director)
Nick graduated with a B.A. in Theatre from Northwestern in 2005. Work with Promethean includes: Six Characters in Search of an Author, The Illusion, Measure for Measure, The Last Unicorn, The Fantasticks, Spring Awakening, and Kennedy's Children. He will be seen this season in both Seascape with Sharks and Dancer and Henry V. Nick's acting extends beyond Promethean: he has worked with companies such as City Lit, Strawdog, and The New Colony. Nick also toured nationally with Boston-based Chamber Theatre Productions. He appeared in The Darling Children at the New York International Fringe Festival in 2008. Nick narrates live sky shows at the Adler Planetarium. He is happily married to Chicago harpist Janelle Jansen Lake.

Brian Pastor
(Executive Director)
A founder of Promethean, Brian has served as Executive Director since the company's inception. He is also the Managing Director at City Lit Theater and is on the board of The Mime Company. He is a former troupe member with Chicago dell'Arte. As an actor, Brian has performed with Promethean, City Lit, The Mime Company, Chicago dell'Arte, Strawdog, Bailiwick Repertory, Arts/Lane, Element and Authentic Theatre. His PTE credits include Our Country's Good, The Last Unicorn, Measure for Measure, The Light of Love and Bury the Dead. Brian is also an adaptor and director, having co-adapted The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Pudd'nhead Wilson for City Lit and directed The Dark Side of the Bard and season six's Henry V with Promethean.

Tyler is excited to be joining Promethean after last being seen as Moritz Steifel in Spring Awakening. Originally from New Hampshire, Tyler moved to the city in 2008 with a pick up truck and a BA in acting from Plymouth State University. Locally he has performed in: Measure for Measure (Promethean) Design for Living (First Folio) and The Bench Mark (Simple Theatre). Regional credits include: Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, The Palace Theatre, and Papermill Theatre. Tyler is also a certified fight choreographer and has choreographed fights for professional theaters throughout Chicago and the East Coast. In his spare time, when he has it, Tyler is also an avid rock climber.

Shawna is an actress, playwright, and producer. She has had the pleasure of appearing in the Promethean productions of The Last Unicorn, Kennedy’s Children, and Bury the Dead. Most recently in Chicago, she has worked with City Lit Theater, 20% Theater, American Theater Company, Hancock Productions, Chicago ScriptWorks, and less recently with Wisdom Bridge. She was chosen to be a member of the Performance Group after training at the St. Nicholas Theater. In Atlanta, she worked with Horizon, Alliance, Theater in the Square, Gainesville Theater Alliance, Onstage Atlanta, and Theatre Gael. She has also lived and worked in Washington D.C., and in St. Louis where she initiated a theater program for the Lafayette Square Arts Council, presenting plays of Shakespeare, Molieré and Horton Foote in and around that historic neighborhood. In Decatur, Georgia, she produced in conjunction with Neighborhood Playhouse, and in Chicago has worked in the casting department for Chicago ScriptWorks. She is an artistic associate at City Lit Theater and serves on the staff as casting director.

Tom Weber
(Literary Manager)
Tom has appeared with Promethean previously in Beyond Therapy, The Light of Love, The Illusion and Kennedy’s Children. Other recent favorites include The Glorious Ones with Boho Theatre (Jeff nomination--Best Ensemble), The Crucible with Infamous Commonwealth (Jeff recommended), and Oh Boy! with City Lit (Jeff recommended).

Beth Wolf
(Artistic Director)
Beth is a proud founder of Promethean Theatre Ensemble. Originally from Southern California, she landed in Chicago after graduating from Northwestern University in 2003 with a double major in theatre and gender studies. As an actor and director in Chicago, Beth has worked with such companies as Tangerine Arts Group, Chicago Jewish Theatre, Smoke & Mirror Productions, GroundUp Theatre, the improv group Valid Hysteria, and City Lit Theater. Promethean credits include directing Bury the Dead and The Fantasticks, and appearing as Isabella in Measure for Measure. Other directing credits include Klonskied (20% Snapshots Festival), Taibele and her Demon (City Lit Art of Adaptation), and staged readings of Abe Lincoln in Illinois and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (City Lit Theater).
